I don’t have a daughter.  I don’t even have a kid.  But, if I did, I think I just came up with the MOST PERFECT HALLOWEEN COSTUME. It’s a RIOT GRRRL HALLOWEEN COSTUME. I don’t know who came up with this, but that’s cute as hell.  Sure, the style is a wee bit off as per the 90s (none of this pronounced studding, mesh… it’s a little more punk or industrial than riot grrrl in my opinion), BUT STILL!
